went to kuching with dd,grace and some of her family members from 18-23 july
took tiger airways plane on sun afternoon
takes around 1hr10min to get there
reached around 4 something
went to the waterfront to take boat to the other side
wanted to go to orchid garden but it was closed by the time we reached
saw the astana, which is the palace, there also
at night went to hawker centre to eat kolo mee and went shopping for a while
stayed at one of grace aunt's house
they have 2 black dogs which look quite fierce haha
next day went to eat kolo mee for breakfast again
then went to the musuems to see some of the history of sarawak
they have lots of stuff there like skulls,animals etc
then went to pluck biden at the roadside and went to another aunty's house
the aunt taught us how to cook
ate curry chicken,vegetables and sotong for dinner
third day went to see orang utan and the crocodile farm and zoo
we watched the jumping crocodile show which was quite boring after a while
then at night went to watch predators movie
next day went to a chalet to stay
went to the waters to play but it is quite rocky
at night play uno when they perform very funny haha
thursday we went to the matang wildlife centre to see the animals
haha a bit of jungle trekking
saw orang utans,civet cat,stock etc
at night went to eat sushi king and watch ong bak 3
fri was our last day there
went to eat chicken buffet and bought some souvenirs
i bought shirts,keychains,peppers,magnets etc
then went back to singapore in the afternoon
and throughtout the whole journey grace and dd were crazy dancing and fighting
especially that funny action haha
it was a fun and memorable experience
first time going overseas with my friends
hope there will be more of such trips in future!!

woohoo today is one of the more memorable days of my life
went for my first tuition assignment and the boy is very cute
quite fun to teach him too
then i got offer for ntu maths and econs today too!!!
my first choice yay!!!
and there's the weekends to look foward to!!!

went to suntec today
bought optical goggles for 32.90 at some sports shop
then went to watch how to train your dragon in 3d
the pet dragon toothless looks quite cute haha
then went to convention centre to look at the electronics fair
waited for bus for 30 mins in the end couldnt stand it so walked to the other bus stop to take another bus
ate macaroni for dinner
its been a great time working with you
meet for steamboat dinner soon!!!

went to plaza sing yesterday
watched remember me...the story is quite different from normal romance shows
after that wanted to buy kickers but they didnt have my size
bought a vest and a puzzle for my friends birthday
then went sentosa for my mama's company family day
came home and made the 99 pieces puzzle
still quite difficult to match...luckily my sister helped me
today is another rest day woohoo!!!

i think i will put maths and econs as my first choice for ntu
after considering it for 2 weeks i think that would be more suitable than accountancy for me
hope that it will be the right choice
sports day for the kindergarten tmr
going there to volunteer
think i will apply for ntu tmr
went to astons today and ate black pepper fish
ate icecream too
i need more sleep
shall go sleep soon

a level results

before the official release of the results i asked my teacher if i did ok anot
then he asked me what are my expectations
but i didnt want to tell haha...in case differ too much from my results will be very paiseh one
so he said i got 2as for chem and maths then 3bs for econs physics and gp
haha quite expected it cos i was only confident for chem and maths
actually i was hoping for at least 3a and 2b cos i was hoping that at least one of either econs or physics or gp would get a
oh wells nvm...not too happy not too sad
as long as i try my best, i will have no regrets
h3 i got merit woohoo!!!!damn happy...scared i would not pass at first cos not everybody passed
but still i think the h3 got not much use except making it look nicer
and studying for the h3 exam was damn difficult
yup went swensens with some class ppl after that to eat ice cream and then to central
dont think i can get into accountancy but econs should be quite ok
because i am not certain of the course i wanna take, i decided to leave the results to decide for me...thats probably why i dont really care whether i get straight as anot
then most probably im going to nus or smu

haha the small boy in the kindergarten is so cute
always play with him in the afternoon when he comes down
and when i told him im not working today
he said he will miss me and ask for my number in case he wants to call me
hahaha
hes one of the reason ive not regretted working there
and i will miss him when i stop working at that place
luckily still can talk to him on facebook

its chinese new year once again
bought a new shirt from hush puppies and jeans bought in thailand to wear for the first day
as usual went to both ahma's house
played blackjack...was winning at first but started losing at the end
so in the end i didnt win any money
today my cousin's family came to my house for lunch
and went to somebody's house for dinner
not sure what i will be doing tmr
maybe swimming and going to parkway and reading my book

yesterday went cycling at ecp with dd for 2hrs
then went to the hawker centre to eat duck rice
and then parkway so that dd can play her arcade game
drank bubble tea from koi too
came home and slept for awhile
then went to taste paradise at funan to eat dinner
to celebrate my ahma birthday
there were like 13 ppl sitting together
so in the end i didnt eat much food there
watching the 7pm show on tudou now
going to finish soon...hope they upload more

have not blogged for one week alr
shall type a post while waiting to sound the mousehunt horn
anyway just went to cy's house for countdown party just now
ate chicken,sausages,salad and potato for dinner there
then played some card games and watched the countdown on tv
including the 8min fireworks
came home at around 1am
on sat went for jx bbq at his chalet
met with some of the seniors too after a long time
bought some christmas chocolates for the ppl too
anyway its 2010 now!!!
which means no more concession fares anymore must pay adult fares
some more the bus ride to work is so long around 50 min
which means the bus fare is expensive too
zzz somemore the bus goes one big round in amk
didnt make any resolutions though
thank you God for the ups and downs of 2009
its been a great year though there were some tough times
hope that 2010 will be a fun year!!!

haha came back a few days ago from hong kong/macau/zhuhai trip
was on the same flight as aaron to hk and somemore he was sitting near me
what a coincidence!!!!
went to the casino in macau to see how ppl gamble haha
thats the main attraction of macau
the other attractions were not very nice
zhuhai was shopping and eating seafood
in hong kong stayed on the 76th floor of the hotel lol
shopping there and went to ocean park too
ocean park had a theme park as well as animals too
went to the aquarium, watched the animal show and saw the pandas there too
overall wasnt that interesting

the queue there is forever very long lol
but their rice is nice though a bit ex
today went to orchard again to shop
ate pork ramen in hong kong cafe
bought a pair of shoes for 30 bucks
hate wearing the golden shoes if i wear skirt
too big and uncomfortable
yup... so i have spent lots of money recently

yesterday went out to eat dinner and shop
ate swensens bbq chicken and ice cream rocky road and blackforest
both are chocolate with some other stuff inside lol
then went to millenia walk to buy chocolates for my friends birthday
bought a blouse at suntec too
then took a bus to orchard
went to the new shooping mall not much new stuff there too
ion is much better i think
walked to taka then ion and bought some christmas cards there
went home at 9 plus
today went went vivo to watch new moon
the movie was quite boring haha maybe its cos the book doesnt have a climax too
ate lunch at chicken rice shop then went home
spent around 100 these 2 days lol

haha its been a month ago since i last posted
anyway a levels are over
went to roland to eat dinner with my family on mon
then tues went class chalet
first time going chalet with friends lol
had bbq on the first night but after a while it started to rain
luckily we almost finished by then
watched shutter at night and played the china card game LOL
oh and werewolf too haha
slept at 6 and woke up at 8
second day ate macs breakfast and went to cycle in pasir ris park
and played on the spiderweb there too
went off in the afternoon to go to church
reached back at chalet around 12am and we talked about random stuff throughout the night
i slept at 430 and woke up at 730
checked out at 10 and went to my friends house in pasir ris
slept there for most of the time lol
at night went to eat dinner at changi airport with my family
and then went to send weixiao off
reached home around 12
these few days have been fun!!!!!
bur i still havent got the feeling that alevels is over yet

haha just came back after a whole day out today
went to airport to study in morning and afternoon
then went to church for a gathering
ate pizza for dinner...feeling damn full now

haha i feel so slack compared to others haiz...

anyway i think i will be going to hong kong and taiwan on 10 dec
haha my mother wanted to go US but then i can only leave after 9dec
and my father has to come back for a meeting on 20 dec...so yea cant go
may be going to malaysia too but chances are very slim
anyway a levels is coming in around 2 weeks
next week i only need to go to sch on wed i think
unlike the past 2 weeks where i went to sch everyday
i want to eat ice cream!!!

haha just finished doing rj macro case study
after blogging going to do the hwa chong case study
these few weeks have been rather boring..
spending time studying mainly
oh haha watched f1 on sun night...
the starting was quite interesting...many crashes and overtaking
not forgetting the pitstop incident between kimi and heikki
pity i slept halfway during the race at 1am
when i woke up it was alr the prize giving ceremony
anyway tmr is going to be a very busy day
leaving house at around 730 and reaching home only around 9 plus
nvm one month plus more only and i can play alr
hopefully i can go carls junior at parkway this fri...

yesterday was the last official sch day in vj
time passes by so fast...in a flash 2 years are going to be gone soon
during this period there were many ups and downs
overall it still was an enjoyable experience here
my class was quite bonded together and i was quite close to many of the girls in my class too
my crew mates from pa are well bonded too
my teachers were also great...they are very knowledgeable and willing to spend extra time teaching us
thank you from the bottom of my heart to all these ppl
thanks guys for the hard work for the photo album that we made for mr loke
especially those who went to minghui house last sat to make the album
luckily loke was happy with the album we made
hope my class and the friends i made in vj will continue to stay in touch for years to come
i will miss everyone

today i did maths a level 2008 paper 2 in the morning
supposed to go tuition but then didnt know today dont have
until my teacher replied my message in the morning
so means i missed this weeks lesson zzz...
went to mh house to do a photo album for my form teacher
though i didnt contribute much at the beginning
still happy that i can contribute a bit
spent around 9hrs in her house
the photos have a storyline and there were many funny stuff written
hope he likes it
ate kfc at her house for dinner
tmr i guess i will complete my paper 2 and do some physics papers...
time to start mugging soon...

today had pa outing
went to botak jones in marine parade
first time going there...the food was not bad but we ate until very full
then went to parkway to walk around and ate ice cream
gave my crew mates an ice cream treat
then went to popular to buy a photo album
anyway a strange thing happened today
i was suddenly very happy in the morning
then in the afternoon i saw a message on my phone sent around that time that made me damn happy
hahaha weixiao said something that i fully agree with but cannot say here
thats exactly what i was thinking yesterday night....
aside from that school has been fine
going through the papers and doing more practice papers
hope that everyone works harder and we can do well for alevels
